What items do you have available?

All items currently available can be found on our ‘in stock’ page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Any items purchased from ‘in stock’ are expected to arrive within 3-4 working days from the purchase date.

What time will my delivery arrive?

All orders are booking onto an economy service which deliver between the hours of 9am-5pm. If you wish for a narrowed down window on the day we advise for you to call our logistics operator, who will speak to your local depot. Prima Logistics can be contacted on 01782 472004.

Will my order come assembled?

Most items are for self-assemble unless selected at the point of purchase. Items delivered assembled incur a surcharge to incorporate, extra carriage costs, labour, and waste disposal.

Will my order come with instructions?

All orders will come with an exploded view inside. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive any, they can all be found on our ‘instructions’ page.

Can I try the Equipment before I purchase?

We welcome anybody to our distribution center, via appointment only. Prior to coming we advise you to check which items are available in stock and tell us which you are interested in. Not all items are assembled, and assembled items are purely done on an ad hoc basis.

Do you offer discount on larger orders?

All in stock items are fixed price and we offer flexible payment terms from 0% interest free finance over 3/6/9/12 months. Bespoke prices and time scales are given to catalogue orders.

How do I order something from the catalogue that isn’t in stock?

Please select the items you are interested in and send through for a quote. Our team will then be in touch to discuss your requirements.
